Pricing and Policies

Help Desk

Help Desk includes resolution of all types of small hardware, software, and web site problems.

Rates are based on problem urgency:

  • Immediate $ 75
  • Same Day $50
  • One week $25


Projects

Projects are billed on a flat rate. All projects are quoted via a written proposal as the result of an interview.


Web Sites

Web Site maintainenance, which may include hosting, $30 per month. Domain name registration, backup of site, daily check that site is operational.


Terms and conditions:

Invoices are due upon receipt. Quoted projects require a 50% deposit. All work is recorded and issued a ticket number.
